Mentally, I switched my focus from lots of Gleam activity to trying to get a working version of my web app online. This has been a goal for some time but it is also a goal I don't know how to do.

Talking with some web folx here and being reminded of the need to release and iterate was helpful. I just need people using this, who cares how perfect the web app is?

I am paring down all the ideas I have had and just trying to make a very basic version of the site. It won't look good, UX will be bad, it won't be on CI/CD, but it will capture the spirit of the site and start to produce feedback from people who Aren't Me.
